Why does this exist?

Buy The Sponge is a small, silly, carefully made website about one word from a 1995 sitcom.
I've always thought “spongeworthy” was one of the best words television ever gave us. It packs a whole dating philosophy into three syllables. Elaine had a limited supply of sponges, so before anyone got one, she needed to know: is this person worth it?
So this is her screening process, formalized. Seven questions, a committee that doesn’t exist, and a stamped verdict you can send to your friends. Or flip it around: pick the three things you actually care about and send the test to someone you’re seeing.
A few ground rules
It's for fun. The scoring is made up. Please don't use it to decide anything real about anyone, and don't send it to someone who'd feel ambushed by it. If you get denied, retake it. The committee is very easily swayed.
The legal bit
This is an independent parody. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Seinfeld, its creators, its studios or networks, or any company that makes sponges of any kind. The sponge in the photos is a regular kitchen sponge. It doesn't know it's famous.
