Your answers stay in your browser

The test runs entirely on your device. We don't send your answers anywhere, don't create accounts, and don't keep a database of results. Refreshing the page clears an application in progress.

Share links contain only what you share

A result link holds the name you typed (if any), your verdict, your score, the one area the committee flagged, and the first name of whoever sent you the test. A test link holds the creator's first name, their three picks, and how picky they set it. This information lives in the part of the address after the # symbol. It's encoded, not encrypted, so anyone with the link can read it. Use a first name or a nickname.

Browsers don't send the part after the # to the website when loading a page, so our host never sees it. Anyone you send the link to, and any app you paste it into, can. A downloaded verdict card includes the name you entered.

No cookies, no ad trackers

The site's code doesn't set cookies, doesn't use local storage, and doesn't include advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes ordinary technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. If we ever turn on Cloudflare's privacy-friendly visitor counts, we'll say so here first.

Domain offers and email

The domain offer form doesn't submit anything. It prepares an email in your own email app. If you send it, your name, address, and offer reach us through the normal email providers involved, and we use them only to reply.
